De La Salle College is a church school founded by the De La Salle Brothers and is located in Birgu. It comprises a primary school, a secondary school and a sixth form, thereby catering from students from 5 till 18 years of age.
The Junior School is one of the three main sections at De La Salle College which is also home to the Secondary School and Sixth Form. Apart from the twenty-four spacious and well-lit classrooms, the Junior School also has its own Music room, Drama room, Art room, ICT lab, Science lab and a well-equipped library. The Junior School benefits from the use of the main hall, pitches, playgrounds and other open spaces which provide ample spaces so that students can continue to develop holistically.

The College is run by the International De La Salle Order which was founded in France by St John Baptist De La Salle in 1684 and which was subsequently established in Malta in 1903.

Stella Maris College was founded by the Brothers of the Christian Schools – De La Salle Brothers. The Lasallian Educators at Stella Maris Junior School base their teaching and model the Gospel of Jesus Christ Faith in the Presence of God. St Benild is a small church school forming part of Stella Maris College. St Benild is found in Sliema, hosting around 144 students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 and around 23 educators give their service. After finishing Grade 2, the students will automatically move to Stella Maris Junior School located in Gzira. St Benild and Stella Maris were founded by the Brothers of the Christian Schools – De La Salle Brothers.
The Junior School Family is comprised of around 305 students and 41 staff members. Students attending Grade 2 at St Benild will continue their school years at Stella Maris Junior School in Grade 3. During these four years, we at Stella Maris Junior School do our utmost to fulfil their formative journey from an educational, creative and spiritual dimension.
The Senior school family is comprised of around 500 students and 75 staff members. Students enter the senior school in grade 7, when they are usually 11 years old and leave in Grade 11. During these five years, we at Stella Maris do our utmost to fulfil their formative journey from an educational, creative and spiritual dimension. Each year represents a milestone in their growth towards becoming responsible and altruistic adults, prepared to face their future, whichever path they choose to follow.
