Approved State Plan Amendments
The Medicaid State Plan is an agreement between Washington and the Federal government describing how Washington administers its Medicaid programs.
When Medicaid program policies or operations change or new information is added, the state sends state plan amendments (SPAs) to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for review and approval. Approved SPAs are listed by the year they were submitted to CMS.
